Nerolac Cement Primer Water Thinnable is made with a copolymer emulsion and an ideal blend of pigments and extenders to ensure deep penetration and sealing of porous surfaces. It is white pigmented to give the primer adequate opacity. It is appropriate for interior applications such as priming plastered surfaces and other masonry work. It reduces the surface’s absorbency.

PAINTING PROCESS OF NEROLAC CEMENT PRIMER

Repainting:
Touch up putty⟶ 1 Coat of primer⟶ 2 Coats paints

Fresh Painting:
1 Coat Primer⟶ 2 Coats of Putty⟶ 1 Coat of Primer⟶ 2/3 Coats of Paint

1. Masking

Covering furniture, switch boards, other elements with plastic sheets.

2. Surface preparation

Old paint is scraped using sand paper to remove flakes, loose particles.

3. Touch-up/ Full putty

Fill the cracks & pores, damages or apply 2-3 coats of full putty.

4. Apply Primer

To ensure better adhesion of paint, increase durability and protection for walls.

5. Painting

Apply 2/3 coat of paint after drying the first coat. Ceiling first then on walls.

6. Cleaning

To ensure there is no single drop of paint falling on floors or other places.
