Nerolac Cement Putty is a quality wall Putty designed as a base coat to cover unevenness and pinholes in plastered surfaces and prepare the walls/ceilings for painting. Water curing is not required for Nerolac Cement Putty. It is appropriate for both interior and exterior use.

PAINTING PROCESS OF CEMENT PUTTY

Repainting:
Touch up putty⟶ 1 Coat of primer⟶ 2 Coats paints

Fresh Painting:
1 Coat Primer⟶ 2 Coats of Putty⟶ 1 Coat of Primer⟶ 2/3 Coats of Paint

1. Masking

Covering furniture, switch boards, other elements with plastic sheets.

2. Surface preparation

Old paint is scraped using sand paper to remove flakes, loose particles.

3. Touch-up/ Full putty

Fill the cracks & pores, damages or apply 2-3 coats of full putty.

4. Apply Primer

To ensure better adhesion of paint, increase durability and protection for walls.

5. Painting

Apply 2/3 coat of paint after drying the first coat. Ceiling first then on walls.

6. Cleaning

To ensure there is no single drop of paint falling on floors or other places.
